All four can be learned remotely, all four have local clients as well as international ones, and none require a degree to get the first paid job — the portfolio does that. Choose based on what you can sit with for 300 hours without quitting, not on which one a YouTube video claims pays most.
Self-study vs a structured cohort

Free material is abundant and most students still fail with it, because free material has no deadline and no cohort. If you have already tried self-study twice and stalled, buy structure instead of more content. Be honest about which type of learner you are — that self-assessment is worth more than the syllabus you pick.

A real client project, even unpaid for a local shop or your own institution, outranks a tutorial clone. Finish and publish — an unfinished ambitious project is worth nothing at this stage.

The common failure is a strong three-month sprint followed by total abandonment in semester one. Drop to 45 minutes daily and keep the streak alive; the skill matures across four years and you graduate with both a degree and a profession. That is the whole play.
